Wow, I NEED this. I wonder if I can even grow bulbos though. Heh. Definitely considering tracking down a spotted version like this.

Haha, I wasn't too worried about the humidity but my watering practices. Have a feeling I'd let the poor thing dry out too often and grow frustrated with it.

I can!
I found that my bulbo was getting too dry, but I do want to grow it mounted, because I don't want to over-water it. My solution? Courtesy of Brooke, I stuck a saucer of water under the mount. Even if the saucer dries out, the mount does not. Really the best idea and I'm pretty sure it's saved my bulbo.

I read somewhere on here that they should be in water at all times except when flowering. Any thoughts on that? I just got one and it is in spike, not sure what to do....Jean

I have some 15+ bulbos, and yes, I keep them moist at all times, watering either every day or every other day! Never letting dry out completely. Mounted ones are watered or misted every single day! It is very hard to over water Bulbo otherwise it will be sitting in a deep saucer submerge in the water.
