Big Big Big fan of Bulbo's here. This year, first blooming starter (as usual) is my Shirley. I haven't even realized it and than here we go, 3 spikes and one bloom already open. Enjoy

Many thanks:-) I must say, I may be struggling with quite few orchid species, but Bulbo's just LOVE my balcony and our Florida weather! BIG PLUS, impossible to over water them, which I love the most :-)

Thanks Bud
yeah, night pics are truly totally different, although I love the ones against the blue sky you usually take. Sometimes the color pops up more on the black background though. Weird you can not take the pics at night, I know I have profi camera, however most of the regular cameras (even the cheap ones these days) have at least NIGHT SHOOT SET UP, usually marked with the moon symbol or such. Maybe try that. I do take them in P mode or M mode on my Canon, and always with flash. I would love to see your Bulbo on Black background, that color would be amazing:-)

Love it. Might have to have a hunt for a seller in Europe.

Shirley opened another 2 blooms and new spike is pushing through. This time I did blue cloudy sky pics, looks great as well, I think;-)
