new bulbos I think I need help

I got 2 bulbs the other day a pardalotum and a cocoinum so far I think I'm but I don't know these are my first 2 bulbs I have them in 3" net pots with 1/2 leca and a little less than 1/2 moss for water so far I make sure there at least damp every morning and I make sure they get at least 1500 fc of light and try to keep 50%rh and so I was wondering how they looked and if there was any thing I needed to change add or stop all comments are welcome because I'm in the learning stage and I can use all the help I can get.
