Default cirr. medusa flowering

i rescued this plant 1 year ago, and had to pamper the poor guy so much, as it was being neglected severely and was starting to die.....

Glad to report that 1 year and 7 growths later, it has decided to surprise me with a spectacular 4 spikes flowering like mad.......

only ever seen these chids in flower on pictures on the www, but am sure glad i have this in my collection....

it is just a magnificent plant...

for its scent.... well its not highly scented, but do detect a very faint funny smell....but just cannot describe it.......

totally excited....

I see yours is white in its center. I say this because mine is pink and just a clonal difference, i guess. Yours is very nice and I know just how happy you are to have it. Mine is very special, too. A very special person on this site gave his plant to me and I have cherished it for several years. It flowered profusely about a month and a half ago but I was out of town and the flowers didn't last long enough for a photo op. Al, if you should see this, I have another division for you....

These pictures are from last year on only one of the plants I have of this species.

I have the one that Nivenj has and it is limping along. I think it was trying to spike on a couple of growths this year but they blasted early. I love your Orchidglade!!!!
