Bulbophyllum retusiusculum
First bloom from a division given to me by a friend. I'm growing this I/W, bright shade, in a tree fern pot. Hopefully the next time around it will have more and bigger blooms! Thanks for looking! -Stephen

Very beautiful. Stephen, ask your friend if he/she has any other divisions.... I'm very interested. I'd also love to see the entire plant growing in your container... sounds interesting, that is if you have the time for another picture.
