Default Bulbophyllum carunculatum

This is just a super Bulbophyllum because the flower holds up for about a week to 10 days, not smelly, of reasonalbe size and it is sequential to boot! These are the 3rd or 4 flowers over a period of a month or so. I have another plant of this but to date it has not flowered so I don't know if it will be all yellow or have the red highlights as this flower has. Both plants are rather large so divisions will be forthcoming.

Love that one, colors are great, I don't have anything that I know of that is sequential so keep me in mind for a division when the time comes. Thanks

There's a chance this may not be carunculatum. The lip of carunculatum is generally dark red to the tip, with bumps extending to the tip of the lip also. One possibility is amplebrachteatum: IOSPE PHOTOS

There is always a chance that a vendor has a plant mislabeled, even the best sellers make honest mistakes. I got this from a very reliable person. While it looks similar to your reference picture, my flower seems to be larger with more elongated sepals and rouge venation on the petals. On the lateral view of the flower, there are barely perceptible small carbuncles. At one time I thought this might be variation Sulawesii, but that is much more red than mine. I also agree the labellum should be a darker red color with larger carbuncles. Anyway, for now it is as labeled and thanks for your suggestions.

Well of course Cody. The plant on the left is obviously the one with the flowers. The one on the right has not flowered for me as of yet.... not sure why?????

Beautiful!!! and such large clumps too! Every time i see my bulbophyllums so closely packed i'm tempted to replant them, but experience has taught me that they bloom better then they go right over the edge because they attach themselves to something solid. Maybe that's why those that are grown on driftwood tend to bloom more often.
