Thanks to everyone for all your nice comments! Much appreciated! It's rewarding to finally get some results to our hard work!
I would not over water any orchid. I just grow my bulbo basically sitting on top of some spaghnum and letting the roots find their own way. I placed mine in a little brandy sniffer just to create a little more humidity. I always allow it to dry out a bit before rewatering. Good luck to all with your bulbo growing!

I entered my bulbo in our RBG Orchid Society show over the weekend. This is the first time I have ever entered an orchid for judging. And, to my delight, I won a 1st place ribbon in the 1st bloom seedling category. Here's the photo.

Congrats!! I hope to enter one day, I have four ready to bloom and no shows around. My Luck, my first blooms were twisted and they never untwisted but the other blooms on the plant came out fine. Nice Bulbo, gotta love the bulbos.
