Not fair, it's needs to be at least a little bit open to give us a hint or at least a peek inside. As it is now, I haven't a clue.

Ah ha, in that case my first guess would be Bulbuphyllum Thai Spider which is madusae X gracillimum.

hehe Jonada's guess is close, i have that in spike too.

But Glen is right on the money! Thai Spider it is!

Here's it in full bloom.

Small multiple flowers and best way to appreciate such a bloom is to have a close up view. Pretty pointy lips, reminds me of a tip of a trident and have cute reddish pink bristles on it.

I just got a lion king, think its too small to bloom yet though.

Sure thing and thanks! i'm really looking forward to Lion King's bloom too.

Strangely enough, Thai Spider blooms profusely under my conditions but Bulbophyllum Madusae doesnt (least not yet).
