Probably not carunculatum, but I can't say what it is.

i do really with a 80% chance of confirming it is Amplebracteatum. will consult with the nursery that i bought it from soon.

Spoken to the nursery owner and he concluded that it was Bulbophyllum carunculatum.

???

but after looking at Bikedoctor's thread, i do suspect so.
