Wow! now i couldn't tell the difference even if you placed them side by side. from this link,

.:: Asiatic Green ::.:: Orchids :: Bulbophyllum

you can actually see differences between Bulbophyllum flabellumveneris (Thailand) and Bulbophyllum lepidum (Malaysia).

Bulbophyllum flabellumveneris seems to have a distinct '' V '' line going from its tip to the sides of the flower which is also seen in Pheli's picture in the first post.

Just sharing my thoughts,

The reason you can tell no difference between flabellum-veneris and lepidum is because they are considered synonymous; flabellum-veneris is the accepted valid name (Kew monocot list).

Right... that is what I was trying to say with my reference but I guess I wasn't clear enough

tseanum is a close match maybe a cross with lepidium
