Bulbophyllum carunculatum
This year I have 3 spikes on this plant and they are all sequential. This is the 2nd flower on this spike. The other 2 spikes are several weeks away from opening. I have another plant of this species but I haven't seen flowers as of yet so I don't know if it will be solid yellow or have pale red stripes as this one has.
