Personally I do not care much for the plant, suppose that is how the flowers open.

I have just bought my first Bulbo and it is a Grandiflora which I think is beautiful. I love the strangeness of it and I hope to God that I can do mine as much justice as you have done yours. Any growing tips would be great

having odd plants like that always get more attention that the ones you see all the time.

and besides it is a well grown nicely bloomed bulbo. they arent the easiest orchids for me to choose to grow. I have 1 and I burned a leaf already dayumm mean old sun.

you too can get some attention with an off the wall orchid that no one else would understand. you want a ribbon too grow in the miscellaneous categories

This is my beauty

Isn't she gorgeous! We will have to help each other. It'll be the blind leading the blind but I am sure that we will get there!

Yours is twice as big as mine! My lil stinker has some catching up to do!

Where/how do you keep it?

Good question, I've only had it for 24 hours!! I will make sure that the medium is constantly moist and give it liquid seaweed twice a month. Other than that - who knows. I shall play it by ear for the rest. Good luck with yours.

I've only had mine for a week, hehe. Haven't found its spot yet, still researching! Right now it's just chilling with my phals.

Mine is on a south east facing windowsil with my catt and my oncids. They like to be warm humid and moist I hear / read so that is the best that I can do for it. My catt loves it there.
