Bulbophyllum maximum

I first found out about this plant last week on ebay and instantly knew I had to have one. The blooms are so amazing. They can be as long as 2 feet with small flowers on each side of the rachis. I would think that the bloom is a really good size compared to the small plant. I called my sources and luckily one of them had it. I ordered it on Monday and it arrived today along with a freebie. The bulbo. is even bigger and better that I expected and am so happy I bought it. The freebie is an Oncidium oliganthum seedling. I love it because it is so small. I googled a picture of the blooms and was surprised. It is different in coloration that a lot of oncidiums that I have seen. I can't wait for both of the plants to bloom.
