Default Trias "Emily Clarckson" info please?

I have a tris and hope Im in the right section here?
MyTrias 'Emily Clarckson" has what I hope is a spike coming up from the base of the pb.Any one have a clue ...Gin perhaps ? I know you have one like it.....Mine has made a couple of very small growths this summer but Im still learning this one and lol getting very lucky with it to have no clue on culture actually.

I realy think this is a spike coming up and not a new growth will know soon anyways ...

Bet it is a spike , that is where they grow from .. Not looked at mine lately but will

Thanks Gin ...I am thinking it is also and every new spike this year is surprising me by seeming to appear suddenly overnight.
