Nice!!! That's a very decent little division! This species isn't the most common in cultivation so getting even a few PBs gifted to you is a good score. I hope it grows and blooms well for you.

One slight addendum to the advice I gave you earlier: cirrhopetaloids appreciate near-constant moisture but like most epiphytic orchids they don't like having 'wet feet' (soggy medium) for long. Make sure you let the moss dry out a good bit before you rewater (not totally crispy-dry, but fluffy and loose).

When I get a division potted like that I often pop the whole thing out of the pot, pull a bunch of the moss off the bottom, and fill the bottom third of the pot with styrofoam peanuts before putting the plant back in. Seems to delay the need for repotting significantly by allowing more air at the roots. YMMV, of course.

What's the other plant? Looks like a different type of Bulbophyllum, though with the round PBs and double leaves it's not one I'm immediately familiar with...
