Default Bulbophyllum lasiochilum

This Bulbophyllum lasiochilum just bloomed for me today and has many more flowers to come.It has a strange fruity smell.

Did it seem dried out, or change its environment any prior to it blooming? I have one that is about 8 bulbs and it doesnt put off flowers ever. high humid warm 24 hr light though, thats about to change.

Strangely enough, as I have read this is a fall bloomer, mine has a spike now lol. I got this division in early November.
I mounted it, water it daily, and it's growing in a bright west window, no artificial light.

Guess these things are alot more sensitive to the environment than all my other stuff. I guess i will change to a fall type light shedge (schedule).
