Bulbophyllum blumei, growth, nubbin
Ok, more than a nubbin. Can anyone tell me if this is a spike or a new pbulb????

Looks like a new growth to me. I've got B. masdevalliacium, similar to blumei, and the new growths look very similar to that.

How about keiki. JK, but im sure thats got to be a spike, just by the color. I cant tell you for sure, as i've never had any of my stuff spike, but MANY of them have put off numerous keikis since owning them for almost half a year. I started buying not to long ago. Not a single one was colored, besided green.

It turned out to be a new pbulb. The beginnings of a leaf are forming now. Boytjie was right.

yeah, i think that (Bulb. lasiochilum) and a scaphosepalum rapax are in bloom, i will try and get pics soon.
