Default help choosing appropriate bulbo for growing

hey guys,

i'm just wondering, what are some bulbophyllum species/hybrids that:

(1) appear not to have any rhizome (not leggy)
(2) windowsill growing possible
(3) the lack of an extreme scent
(4) doesn't grow huge (as in per pseudobulb basis)

i really like ones that are star shaped like lobbii, dearei, and sumatranum. but i am now sure if these could be brought into bloom... or even if they could survive the windowsill... any bulbophyllum lovers care to chip in your $0.02? thanks

i currently have 1 cirrhopetalum lepidum and is growing 2 new leads--the one lead last year didn't make it for some reason... just turned black and died =( is that a rot issue or a lack of humidity issue?

this is it from last year, can't take credit for spiking it --at least i don't think so... i bought in bloom, but this second flowering came about a month after the original bloom faded...

Bulbophyllum catenulatum (mini)
Bulbophyllum elassoglossum (mini - is a bit leggy but not really)
Bulbophyllum pardalotum (same as above)
Bulbophyllum alagense (mini)
Bulbophyllum tixieri (mini)
Bulbophyllum macranthum (medium sized, very short rhizome)
Bulbophyllum psychoon (mini - they're not star shaped though)
Bulbophyllum monilliforme (micro-mini)
Bulbophyllum taiwanense (mini - super rare)

If you're into Cirrhopetalum types:

Bulbophyllum purpurascens
Bulbophyllum fenestratum (medium sized)
Bulbophyllum cf. lepidum
Bulbophyllum japonicum (rare)
Bulbophyllum niphodii (rare)

If you're into other miscellaneous minis:

Bulbophyllum ovalifolium
Bulbophyllum odoratissimum (smells good)
Bulbophyllum trichocepalum (smells good)
Bulbophyllum stenobulbon
Bulbophyllum sp. 'Rosary Beads"
Bulbophyllum membranaecum

If you like other Bulbo relatives:
Trias picta
Trias disciflora
Trias nasuta
Trias mollis
Trias intermedia
Trias rosea

Take your pick they're all not that "leggy".
