My Bulbo's for Jerry

Jerry, some time back you asked me if I would post some photos of my BUlbophyllums. I apologise for the delay but I have only just acquired a reasonable digital camera and do not have many photos yet. I am updating those that I took with a smaller digital. Here are some of my Bulbophyllums. I am starting off with 2 African species.
The one picture is Bulbophyllum schinzianum var phaeopogon. It is a small flowered interesting species in that it seems to have a "shotgun" approach (i.e. if I don't get it with the one barrel, I will with the second). I say this because it looks insectiferous and probably relies on mimicry/pseudocopulation for fertilisation in nature and then if this fails you will notice the globules of nectar on the surface of the flower. the flowers do not last long and on my plant there is usually only one open at a time. Flowers last about 3 - 4 days before the close and go a salmon pink colour before falling off. It is from west Africa somewhere.
The second is Bulbophyllum sandersonii, one of four of our local Bulbophyllums. It belongs to the section Megaclinium and shows something about African Bulbophyllums. A large number of African Bulbophyllums have 2 leaves whereas those from elsewhere usually only have one leaf.
Both are grown tied to a slab (pine bark).
