No ID plant(lepidum??) in bloom first time

I’ve got this plant with no I’d. Just two bulbs. It is in bloom first time with three flower spikes.

Any scent? Some Cirrhopetalums have scents.

Could be Bulb. lepidum, or possibly Bulb. Daisy Chain (makoyanum x cumingii). I have the latter, it looks a lot like one I have labeled lepidum (but not at all sure of that ID) Bulb Daisy Chain is really prolific, and blooms several times a year. Here's hoping yours (whatever the ID) does that! Looks really healthy and happy.

Yes, it does have a scent. Not a strong one, but easy to pick up if you smell flower close. It reminds me of raw fish smell, like raw cod or squid. Or raw egg whites sometimes smell strong but not repulsive. flowers with all their fragility oh so pretty! Totally worth caring for them.

Thank you for commenting and bringing several possible names. I have not thought of Daisy Chain. It would be really great to have this prolific bloomer of a hybrid.

I got my first bulbos at the same time as moderators posted a video with expert talk about bulbos. It was so great to have all the advices from that bulbo expert! Thank you! My apologies, I do not remember his name. Would be happy if someone remembers it. Really great specialist and a teacher!

“Water, more water” became my main rule in care regimen for my bulbos. They seem to like it. The construction of the flowers of this genus is absolutely mesmerizing!

Bill Thoms . "Water, more water" is one of his bits of expert advice for Bulbos. And "Use your POO" (Power Of Observation) for all orchids is another key point.

looks like daisy chain but all that means is it is a relative....treat it like Roberta said and it'll be happy
