Any information/experience on (bulbophyllum) Epicranthus?

I found some pictures online recently from a nearby collector and found the flowers that seemingly had spiders or insects inside them, really enchanting. They have a hanging down growing habit that is very unique.

I haven’t been able to find any information or care guides however. Is anyone here growing these, or have any knowledge about them?
