B. Elizabeth Ann Buckleberry x Carunculatum
Hi everyone!
I just joined the forum after lurking for quite some time.
I purchased a Bulbophyllum Elizabeth Ann Buckleberry x Carunculatum about a year ago. The plant appears to be doing well, and has put out five new pseudobulbs since I acquired it, for a total of 13 currently.
As you can see from the picture attached, I grow it in a wide plastic container, with bark at the bottom and moss at the top. The roots seem to be well attached to the medium.
I grow it indoors, under moderate LED lights. Humidity ranges between 50% and 70%, and daytime temperatures average 17-18C in winter and 20-22C in summer, with a 3-4C degrees' drop at night.
Given the size of the orchid, I would expect it to be able to bloom at this stage, but unfortunately I have had no such luck so far. Do you have any thoughts on what I might do differently in order to get blooms?
Many thanks
