Damaged new growth on catasetum Female
Default Damaged new growth on catasetum

I was not careful enough when handling my catasetum, and my nail scraped over the tip of the (very) new growth. I think that I damaged it a little - the very tip seems a bit white-ish, but the damage is limited. Will the new bulb keep growing like nothing happened, will it stall, or will it abort and grow a new pseudobulb from a different eye?
