Question Moving Orchid with Flowers

I have my Phalaenopsises near a bright window. Once the last bud opens, can I move the orchid to, let’s say a coffee table in the same room, away from the window so I can enjoy the beauty of the flowers ? There wouldn’t be as much light. After the flowers drop I would move it back to the window. Thank you all for your replies.

I do it all the time. Either before the spike starts to bud out or after it's almost completely budded out. Otherwise, sometimes you get bud blast.

Until all the buds are open, just make sure that the orchid is facing the same way to the source of light (window in your case I guess). Otherwise the flowers will face different positions and the display won't be as nice and tidy.
