Unhappy Had to repot Vanilla Orchid Cuttings due to molding on degradable pots.

I am new to this board and I am currently growing some vanilla orchids and I made the mistake of growing them in degradable containers thinking that they will be easier to plant but, I discovered they where harboring mold where I didn't notice them right away. I have had these for 5 months and just repoted 4 out of the 10 of them today in a proper pot. Have I doomed these poor guys by repoting them? I am also running low on new soil could I reuse the old stuff or should I go buy more?

Welcome to the Orchid Board!

Vanilla is pretty easy to grow, and not fussy about much - except it likes to be warm.

What soil are you using? What part of the country? What are your light, temperatures day/night, humidity?

I am using the recommended Orchid mix with bark recommended to me by the seller, I am in Nevada but, growing this indoors and I am keeping it at 75 degrees with regular mistings to sub for the humidity which has been working so far.

It will not grow much at 75 degrees. It likes to be a lot warmer. It tends to grow more in summer with a growth spurt.
