Most seaweed extracts are for growth stimulation rather than for nutrients, although they may contain a small amount of them.
Likewise, fulvic acid is supposed to enhance nutrient uptake, although I am not overly convinced of that in non-soil media.
The typical orchid's demand of nutrition is small, compared to many terrestrial plants, and their primary need is nitrogen, although overdoing it can slow or stop blooming.
There is no such thing as a bloom-boosting fertilizer.
