Default Fertiliser composition

Composition of various fertilisers:
Seaweed extract : Trace minerals besides NPK
Fulvic acid also has NPK
NPK 20:20:20. And 13:40:13 for flowering plants
There are many benefits from all the three varieties.
Is there an overlap of NPK in all these?
How does NPK 20 20 20 used in orchids differ from that used in terrestrial plants?

Most seaweed extracts are for growth stimulation rather than for nutrients, although they may contain a small amount of them.

Likewise, fulvic acid is supposed to enhance nutrient uptake, although I am not overly convinced of that in non-soil media.

The typical orchid's demand of nutrition is small, compared to many terrestrial plants, and their primary need is nitrogen, although overdoing it can slow or stop blooming.

There is no such thing as a bloom-boosting fertilizer.
