New to Phals's When to Repot and How to cut

Hello everyone

I'm sure this topic has been covered to death but I am very new and don't want my new plants to die.

I was gifted a Phal about a month ago and the blooms are starting to fall. Now that this is happening I am finding mixed opinions on what to do. My Phal currently has three spikes, two that still have flowers on but are starting to wilt. Since getting it the roots have started to grow as well as another leaf from the crown.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do now? Am I supposed to repot my plant? and for cutting the spikes do i cut all of them near the base or leave them or cut them at a node?
