Orchid offshoot / Keiki advice needed

Looks like a regular growth on the rhizome - a keiki is usually produced from somewhere random on the plant (like instead of a flower, you get a new few roots and leaves at the top of the flower spike)...

Looks like its outgrowing its pot, and the new shoots / bulbs are still growing - they eventually should be close to or bigger than the other big bulbs leaves on your plant.

I'd think about repotting to something that can accommodate those new shoots (as well as the old)
