Default What are these spot on my aliceara leaves?

I got this orchid a couple days ago and it arrived with a few dry patches at the tips of the leafs.it was in moss so I repotted it into my preferred method witch is semi hydro with some micro fiber cloth for some extra moisture.i have two cattleya seedlings a dendrobium nobile and a phal and they are doing fine in this setup.

First of all, welcome Justin!

It's always better to post some photos. Probably you'll need to post 5 times to be allowed to post photos here (or you can post a link to a photo stored outside OB).

We will be able to provide more assistance once you post a picture, but I bet that it is probably nothing to worry about. Oncidiums have rather thin, delicate leaves, and they are just highly susceptible to spots and blemishes, and it is very common for the tips of the leaves to die back a little. The most likely explanation for the spots on your plant is just natural wear and tear.

it’s on the new growths and on the last picture there is also a spot on the center leaf but it’s hard to see it in the photo.I may be over reacting and it may just be natural spots but I would just rather be safe then sorry.thanks you all for your help.

Hmm, I'm not sure what to tell you about that, as far as what might have caused that. How long has it been like that? It almost looks like maybe cold water sat on the leaves for a long period of time, but I'm not sure. The damaged bits may turn brown and dry up, in which case you can just cut away the dead part of the leaves, but for right now, I'd just leave it and watch. If it looks like it is spreading, you may need to remove the affected parts, but I don't think you need to worry. It doesn't look like disease or anything of concern.
