I know it's probably far too gone to save, bit I have a dying epidendrum that wasn't watered for the longest. It is tiny and withered. I don't have any access to sphagnum moss. I basically just have what's available to me at Walmart. Anything I can do?

A picture might help.

As far as sphag goes, any real nurseries within your driving radius?

I have one of those, almost died after being scorched and root rotted from my lack of repotting.
If you want to stick to this, give it good growing conditions, and hope for the best. If he has enough strength, he can throw a keiki from the top of the cane - which is what mine did. A year / two later, you could have a pretty robust plant.
