Default Cattleya (name unknown) in Bloom

..members hope your having a pleasant Labor Day.
My Cattleya (that has no name) has bloomed beautifully(see attached), I looked at a lot of pictures of Cattleyas and as Ray had said...'...good luck with finding a name', I found a lot of Cattleyas with the same colors , but, no match. So, if any members have an idea as to a name, I would appreciate a guess.... ...Zoren....

With a look like that doesn't need a name but you could always name her "Gorgeous" !

Ben in North Florida---First I'm doing fine & you.....
I think you might be right about the name of this flower. I clicked on the link you gave me, but, I think it's the one under the image the link directs you to when it's opened. So, I'm going to record this flower with the name you discovered, thank you... I think I found an other Cattleya that looks more like it Cattleya Potinara Burana Beauty 'Burana'...

Last edited by Zoren; 09-03-2018 at 04:16 PM.. Reason: Could be a Cat 'Burana'

Images alone can never a definitive way of ID-ing an orchid. There are far too many hybrids out there that can be similar and unless you can track down the name via the person/company you got it from...at best it should never be more than "looks like" for your own info.
