Help! my phalenopsis orchid flower is closing.

it is planted in spagnum moss..Is it because of change of environment?or else beacause of watering problems?i got my orchid two days before.i am a noob.please help me in this problem and give some directions for caring my orchid.and i have two dendrobium orchids..please give tips any help would be really appreciated..

I'm not an expert, but when I get a Phal, when the bloom dies, I cut it back and repot in a bark media. I've never had luck with Phal's in sphagnum. They get overwatered and the roots rot. Leave it alone and don't overwater. Hopefully it's just the change of environment. Have been experimenting with my Phals in hydroponics..amazing results. The roots are beautiful.
