Beallara/aliceara orchid, what am i doing wrong?

I used unglazed clay pots on some of the orchids I mentioned and those seem to work really well in concert with over-potting. The color of the clay also makes a good moisture indicator.

I've had good luck with Oncidiums in extremely small bark (the finest grade of Orchiata).

I find I tend to overwater in moss, and I also hate the way it looks.
