Noid Phal losing mid growth leaves

I have a small Noid Phal that is losing leaves that are not the oldest leaves. I didn't think anything of it at first, but now there's another one turning yellow. It is not the bottom most leaf which would be the oldest, it is the ones just up from there. I grow these in Orkiata bark, and clear plastic pots, I water them with well water and once a month I do the kelp Max and and Inocucor. I have well over 20 phalaenopsis orchids, and everyone is super healthy. This is strange. Any ideas?

I don't think there's anything to worry about.

You'll note that there are larger, healthy leaves below-, and above it, suggesting it grew when the plant was having issues of some sort. It was probably just in less-desirable condition, so the plant decided to resorb the nutrients and energy stores and slough it off.

If you see other leaves start to yellow, that's a different matter altogether.

Hey guys, just got back from an orchid show and realized I hadn’t been on here in forever like 4 years but I can add that many new orchid owners tend to overreact to every tiny thing that’s happens (I definitely did), a lot of it isn’t necessary but some things are definitely good to have a second opinion about but agree with everything stated above
