Best resources (or ones to avoid?)

You probably won't learn "all" there is to know from one source anyway. I do a lot of nutty experimental things with my orchids and so do others. I personally have learned a lot from the aquarium people (benificial bacteria, Par) the basement cannibas growers (grow lights in basements, using reflective material, blue and red light), horticulture books, orchid lore, and listening to old timers. I never know who has the magic mojo as far as orchid growing goes, so I would like to think I respect everyone's information, but I also keep in mind that they have different skills and experience then me.
