Orchidweb has a waiting list for the Paphinia, and Andy's Orchids is apparently getting more of the huntleyas established, but as a general tip, if you search for "(your target plant) price", It narrows the search a great deal.

This may be TMI but try The Orchid Mall - Everything in Orchids. I'm crazy for Paphinia as well but it doesn't return my affection. Actually even tried Huntleya. Maybe someday again in the future. Good growing.

Well the search for Huntleya wallisii has been successful, Andy found a few old ones lurking on a back bench . Still searching for the Paphinia Majestic.
