Phalaenopsis with yellowing leaves and texture on the leaves

Hi friends,

I am an orchid newbie and had some concerns about the leaves of my Phalaenopsis.

Here is some pictures . . .













The leaves appear to have some discoloration or are beginning to yellow and two leaves have some spots with strange texture.

Is this an infection or disease? If so, how do I cure it?
