Default Is it normal for Paphiopedilums to have floppy leaves?

I’ve had a paphiopedilum for about two months now and it has since bloomed, but it has a few leaves that are kinda bent at an angle. I’m not sure if this is normal or not. Also, it’s begun to develop this faint checkered pattern in the leaves. I have one other paph that has a very distinct pattern on the leaves, but this one had solid colored leaves until recently. Is my plant fine and I’m just freaking out? I just don’t want to lose it.

That looks like a pretty healthy plant to me!

If you knew the hybrid, you can ID the species that provides the leaf pattern. It becoming present when it wasn't previously, by the way, is likely due to a change in the lighting from its former conditions.

I'd be wary of the potting medium, being hidden by moss as it is. Just keep an eye on it so it doesn't "go south" on you.
