Hello everyone. I would like to hear advice on the cutting of dehydrated leaves in the phalaenopsis because I have some plants, which were transplanted some time ago and the lower leaves remain fallen and thin as if they had no life. I would cut them but I would like to hear your opinion, greetings.

If they are still green, they are still contributing to the plant, even if they are limp and leathery. I don't remove anything that is green, generally.

Don't cut. When the plant is done with them, they'll drop naturally. Fishmom is absolutely correct... as long as they are green, they are contributing to the plant.

If possible, when you are expecting prolonged rain, leave your Phals out to soak in the rain. The long soak in the rain does wonders for reviving dehydrated plants.

Also, be sure your roots are in good shape and the pot is not too large (just big enough to hold the roots).
