Comparing Light Output - help appreciated!

I'm hoping the light wizards of OB will check in here.
I'm trying to compare the output of two light sources:

Sunblaster LED Grow Light Fixture 6400K
Amazon.com : Sunblaster LED Grow Light Fixture 6400K - 2 ft : Garden & Outdoor

&
SunBlaze t5 ho
Sun Blaze Supreme 21 - 2 ft. T5 Fluorescent Grow Light

I've read many of the erudite posts on OB about PAR, and lumens, and I confess I still don't know how to judge how much light each of these is producing.

Feedback (especially the kind that comes without snickering) eagerly anticipated.

Knowing nothing else about the lamps, they are both 24 watts, so I would expect similar light output. That, and their reputation, would push me to the Sunblaster.
