Phal with black above roots

I'm going to start out by apologizing I've read through the first 12 pages at least (I believe I went to the 30s when I first joined) of the Phal abuse ends here sticky. And have done advanced searches with what I thought my issue might be called but obviously I'm clueless. So again I apologise for repeating a question that has probably been asked way to many times but I'm not finding any answers I need. Since I can't find anything by searching the terms that I thought was the case I'll just show pictures and ask for help please. Currently she's just in a empty pot because I don't know what to do with her 😯 All I can say is my first thoughts were pretty advanced stem rot? The spots seem to be soft also...and all the way around. Just worst in the last pic...
