Default Bulbophyllum Elizabeth Ann should I repot or not?

Hello everyone

I have this beauty for couple years and it will bloom soon.
As you can see on the photos it grows over the pot and I don't know what should I do.Should I leave it or try to repot after bloom?
What would you do?

If it does bloom, repot afterwards.

If it does not, you may repot promptly.

If you choose not to repot this year, see how the plant is doing and repot when you see that it needs it, or whenever you feel you have time to do so, or when you feel it may be appropriate.

Without knowing whether it is currently throwing out spikes or not, this is the only advice to give.
