new blooming orchids need repotting

I have several new phal orchids that are in bloom and are in clear plastic pots with sphagnum. I can see that the roots are very crowded and some are so badly packed that they are warping the pot. Do I repot them now while in bloom? Or wait until they are done blooming? One is a very large plant, the others must be minis since they quite small but blooming. I had two small ones that look root-bound and are not in bloom. Two of these plants are grocery store orchids, all of the rest are from major on-line orchid dealers.
