I'm not 100% sure, but that leaf in the first pic looks like cold damage.
It kind of looks like it is a bit watery in the discolored areas.
76 F is fine. Phals don't really like to be grown cold. If this was a wild Phalaenopsis, they generally come from tropical lowland to midland swamp forests in countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Taiwan. A few Phalaenopsis species come from certain parts of subtropical China. Many of the species used to make hybrids usually come from Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines. The areas where the tropical Phalaenopsis are found do not usually drop below 60 F.
