Default Anguloa? Man..I could use some help

Hi all

I've been growing for a little while, but mostly oncidium intergenerics.

So i figured, what the hell, I'll buy an angaola ruckeri seedling at the last orchid meeting I was at. It'll take forever to get to blooming size, but when that happens, it'll be worth it.

Well, I have some problems:
1) I transplanted to SH when I probably should have waited (dumb)

2) its getting mold where the sheathing leaves are.

3) the tiny new lead is...not getting any bigger. The last bulb is 1.5", the new one is....3/8".

Help please.
I thought they were like lycase, and needed moisture.
Boy am i wrong.

I've got is in paph light (shady-medium light), at 85% humidity, leaves moving, at 16hrs a day.

Any thoughts are welcome. I'm guessing it needs a repotting?

It can stay here but if you like, I can move it to the Maxillaria Alliance - let me know and I'll clear out these posts also ..
