They'll be fine for 4 days, I wouldn't worry at all. Phals are pretty hardy, I have no trouble leaving them alone for 2 weeks in the summer, with no AC, in a room with curtains drawn. That's the maximum though, and longer and they start looking dehydrated. I usually do a long soak the day before leaving and water again just before leaving.
