When do buds stop tracking light?

I have a question that I have asked before but not quite as this specific. I know not to move my phals when they are spiking and beginning bud. Those who have looked at my recent pictures of all my blooming phalaenopsis, you can see the stage which many of them are in. The ones in the windowsill setup have many branched buds, and my question is if I were to turn them Two-Face the room where they would be much better showcased, would it caused screwy blooms at this point? I have a feeling it would be okay. I remember buying a supermarket phalaenopsis that still had buds to open. I brought it home and everything was fine. Now I feel silly. I think I've answered my own question. I want to showcase or individually photographs each of these when they are all finished opening.
