There were only two aberrans that I saw at the show and the other one was very, very tiny and had one bloom which I think was very interesting but when I saw the one I bought, I was just intrigued because of how it looks and it has four spikes. It resembles a bonsai tree a lot!

Yes I saw that plant from the exhibit. The plant is a specimen cattleya. If we are talking about the same thing.
Here are two pictures of my purchases finally blooming.
First pic is my Miltoniopsis I love the dark red color...
the second pic is my Cattleya. The Cattleya only has one bloom and is rather small. It is a Hsin Buu Lady.

Thanks. I've never owned a Miltoniopsis before and am a bit concerned about watering. I'm used to letting my orchid roots dry out completely. I think I'm going to try the bamboo skewer method until I get the 'feel' of the weight of a near-dry pot.

Miltoniopsis likes to be a lot wetter than a Phal. If it is moss, let it dry to "damp" before you water, but don't let it go dry.
