Default nobile type Dendrobium

Hi - I have now had my orchid identified as a nobile type Dendrobium. I got the orchid in late November and now all its flowers have fallen off and a shoot is appearing at the bottom of the plant - what should I do now?

Thanks in advance

Water it with fertilizer until mid August.
Then, stop fertilizing and reduce watering to less than half.
