This is just my experience, but in my state here in the US, we can get up to about 105 F to 110 F, certainly not 123 F (Rajistan) Nor 135 F (Death Valley). I must bring all my orchids, even my cattleyas, inside at that time (105 F) because they will burn and I do not own a fan that I can put outside. When the really hot weather ends, I put them back out until winter, and then they come back in. I have a Dendrobium Phalaenopsis type and it blooms in the winter around December when the climate here is cooler. These plants can take the heat if there is also wind available. Fans do the trick, but I would monitor it at all times or just bring it in. Photosynthesis is cumulative, so a few days in lower light will not kill it. I really wish I had a solar-powered fan!
